 Thanks so much for guiding us through all this and making it as painless as possible. In fact, the worst part (outside of having to pay of course) was having to sign so many papers today.  The bottle of wine and DVD was a really sweet gesture and a great part of customer service for  your clients.  I can't understand why you aren't a total millionaire for the kind of service you give.

I have worked with various agents over the years and can honestly say (Real Estate New York agent*), who helped us with our recent purchase of a home, was the best by far. We often spend a long time looking for a new house and this time was no different. It's often been a problem with agents, but (your agent) was patient and never pushed us. When we needed his services, he was always prompt, efficient, and courteous. For example, we never waited more than a day or two to see a house that interested us. He's very knowledgable about housing systems, conditions, etc. as well as the real estate market and the process of purchasing a house. We came to trust his opinions and advice on the suitability and value of prospective homes. When we finally settled on a purchade, (your agent) negotiated a very good price, guided us through the process, and smoothed the inevitable glitches.
