Nothing kills a sale faster than a buyer who is rejected for a loan. Even a pre-qualification letter is no guarantee since it is based solely on the applicant's statement of income, expenses, and credit history.

Often problems can be avoided by utilizing the right lender for the right borrower. Our short list is rarely added to but sometimes subtracted from since it only takes one slip up to be removed from our list. Those lenders that remain are the best in the business at getting loans approved when others fail.
