Cancel Listing Without Cost

Above is the Termination Clause in every standard MLS listing contract. No matter how dissatisfied you are with a real estate company you can and will be charged if you cancel the contract. At Real Estate New York it is our policy to strike out this clause leaving only:

I understand that I may revoke the LISTING BROKER'S authority to be my agent at any time PERIOD

You may cancel our listing agreement at any time without cost or penalty of any kind.
