Secure Lock Box

The Supra Lock Box is the most secure ever made. When an agent has a confirmed showing appointment they are able to obtain a house key by pointing the electronic key (below) at the box and entering a secret pin. Even if the key is lost it becomes inactive every midnight unless updated.

In addition, every entry is recorded with the agent's information who can leave feedback. Beyond that the box sends records to the agents computer so that showing reports can be sent to the seller.
