Agency Disclosure: informs parties who is working for whom. Typically the seller will have their own agent as well as the buyer

Lead Paint: for homes built prior to 1978

Property Condition Disclosure: provided by the seller pertaining to their knowledge of the property

FHA Disclosure: used when Federal Housing Authority financing is sought

Affiliate Disclosure: Some companies have affiliates that should be disclosed

There are more than 30 standard forms used in addition to the four standard contract pages. An attorney may also add other non-standard documents at any point during the process. However, after the contract is accepted and the attorney's approval clause expires all changes must be agreed to by all partes.
