What is a sub-area?

It's often said that the three most important factors in real estate are Location, Location, Location. Sub-areas are the Multiple Listing Service's way to identify areas of similar homes with similar market values. Unfortunately, the process is inherently nebulous and complex. Even experienced agents will sometimes get it wrong.

The above map is our way of trying to clarify the process and make it easier for even those house hunters unfamiliar with the area to select a preferred sub-area and be able to format a First Look search that produces the desired results.
